Train the Trainer Program
Are you interested in becoming a trainer for the fastest growing industry around?
Prerequisites:
- Have a background in Real Estate
- Have a successful staging business for at least 6 months- providing a full PSC™ consultation and staging concept.
- Be able to identify with the architecture of every property.
- Be able to speak well in front of a group of 10-30 people.
- Be computer literate
- Be able to photograph with a digital camera or have a professional photographer.
- Commit to at least 20 classes a year
- Be willing to follow corporate policies
- Sign a non-compete & non-disclosure agreement
- Financial investment
- Be able to travel and incur expenses for training program
- There are no territories, yet corporate will review 5 states per trainer

Real Estate Professional Tips:
Cleaning is a must! You should always have the owner bring in a professional cleaner, so that windows can be cleaned, and corners free of cobwebs. It is also important for your owner to bring in a professional carpet cleaner; this will help in pet odor, stains and could prevent from having to buy new carpet.
No clutter in the gutter! Your owners should clean out all gutters prior to putting their house on the market. Always remember when a buyer comes to look at the house, the outside or curb appeal is always their very first impression! If things are not cleaned up outside; the buyer might not want to enter the actual home itself.
Remember – Prospective clients do not want to see a home through the eyes of the current owner. They want to see it through their own eyes and visualize how the home will meet their own unique needs.
Over 90% of For Sale By Owners end up hiring an agent. That agent SHOULD be YOU! It is critical to submit a photo to the corporate office which represents your personality, you must stand out from the other Agents. Update your profile which is your biography which will set you apart from other Real Estate Professionals in your area.
Staging Tips:
Don’t forget - The garage is a room too! Make sure it is clear of all clutter, trash and that it is clean. Make sure that the garage door is operating correctly. Definitely make sure there are no hazardous materials or anything that could hurt anyone setting around.. Keep your eyes open and peel back the layers of the property.
Personal Belongings – Please remember to ask the owners before packing away their things, if there is anything in the house that should not be packed away! Also, remind the owner that you are packing these things away temporarily and they will have these items in their new home. This is de-personalizing the home. Tell the Sellers to pretend they are camping for 6 weeks, what they can live without.
Pets are loved too! Remember many people have fears of large dogs, mice, hamsters, snakes and cats. As a stager you should suggest to the homeowner that they have someone watch their pets, or take it to a pet sitter.
